|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Wildwood Park apartments are conveniently located to public transportation, a variety of stores and restaurants and just minutes from DC. The managers, front desk staff and other employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The building has great amenities and is a safe community.
|Recommended: YesIn the first 5 minutes.... — I saw that it was clean, smelled pleasant and the appearance of a 5 star hotel resort. The friendly staff and the resident Manager Sean were very friendly courteous and were to relieve any thoughts of tenant nightmares. I’d recommend this place to any of my family and friends.

|Recommended: YesInexpensive, Tidy, Spacious — I would tell them this is a great value compared to other apartment options and the location is great. Work Order requests could be handled a little quicker though.

|Recommended: YesI am very pleased with everything at Wildwood Park apartments. — The building is in excellent condition, the staff are incredibly friendly, it is like living in a fancy hotel especially with all the amenities. The actual apartment is in excellent condition and pest free. With my door not being on a main walkway, I never hear anyone. I would recommend Wildwood park to my friends and family without the fear of disappointment.

The only reason I gave 1 star for the noise because I am deaf so that does not apply to me.

There is a small convenient store and even a salon in the building. The property is also close to public transportation bud stops .

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, very accessible and kid friendly — Very close to shopping, restaurants, grocery and any thing else I need, as well as 395. Safe surrounding area, nice pool and gym and the neighborhood kids love the playground. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Accepts packages for you too Solid walls, don't ever hear the neighbors Spacious closets and balcony. Kitchen, and bathroom could use an update, and the color of the walls, but everything is fully functional Getting parking passes one free, one 60 mo has been a hassle, but at least they provide parking Overall very happy
