|Recommended: YesI think it is pretty nice - especially for the price. — The price is affordable, especially when you consider the amount of space you get, the amenities, and the convenience. There is a bus stop right outside that takes you to Pentagon City where you can catch the metro. It is fairly quiet and I have never had any problems with the front desk. Overall, I like living here.

|Recommended: YesAll amazing — I've had a wonderful experience in Wilwood Park. I used to lived there for 2 years then I had to move to different city for work and now I'm back again. Corey, in the leasing office has been helpful to me throughout the process. I can tell he genuinely cares about all residents Moloo if my spelling is right , Jennifer and Alison at front desk, are all nice and super helpful as well. From top to bottom, the entire organization is extremely warm, courteous and professional. They are always available for questions and or concerns and the maintenance team as well as the common area cleaning crews are always on target.
I like to thank them all for being so kind and going above and beyond and creating a great move in experience for me.

All utilities included and the new online portal makes it easy to communicate at anytime.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live in if you don't have pets. — The staff is really friendly and maintenance issue is always addressed in a timely fashion. The Kitchen is really big and spacious, and maybe the cabinets and drawers could have a better finish, but i wouldn't complaint about that. However, the walls are thin and I can actually smell my neighbors food, luckily i have good neighbors who cook delic. food I like the fact that utilities are included and you can control the thermostat. This is the longest I have lived in 1 place, so I'd say it's been a great experience and I am not considering moving out. The Property Managers are doing a great job.
